| The People I Serve |
| One of the benefits of being a life coach is that you work with a diversity of human beings. My clients come from every conceivable background - racial, spiritual, political, economical - and I find that each brings their own fascinating talents and abilities. I eagerly welcome them all, as I am hooked on discovering the fullness and depth of the human experience. |
| I never discriminate on the basis of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, politics, race, religion, or sexual identity. It is my pleasure to work with people of all shapes and colors and sizes, from grade school students to corporate executives. |
| I do find, however, that everyone has one thing in common: Without exception, everyone yearns for purpose and fulfillment. We need our bearings on planet Earth. My job is to open the client to his true life desires and together conceive a game plan. The work consists mainly in addressing the issues that prevent authentic self-knowledge: |

My clients reconnect with their dreams and regain their excitement for life, even if that desire and excitement have atrophied from years of neglect. |

| What Is My Approach? |
| Wherever you are in your journey, my role is the same: to help you discover, or rediscover, your life purpose, your true soul desires and your contribution to the world. Until we get our bearings, we're really just a jumble of misspent energy. Together we will forge a game plan to bring out the best that is within you. There is nothing more fulfilling than "vocational ecstasy" - success through service, doing what you love. |

| I provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, peel back their layers, and discover their innermost truths. This isn't a tough-love, Dr. Phil grilling, but an exploration designed to align you with your life purpose and reveal action that you can take to come into the fullness of who you are. Remember, self-esteem is a verb - it grows with action. |
| You should know that there are no wrong decisions. The universe doesn't hand down ultimatums but options. Our job is to recognize all the options so that your heart can choose the best course of action. I support your decisions 100% because at the end of the day, you are the world's leading expert on you. And when you trust in yourself, you are trusting in the wisdom that created you. |
| I do encourage positive behavior, and I call attention to patterns that may be working against you. But when you leave a session, you can count on feeling charged and uplifted - empowered! |

| All meetings are confidential. The more honest you are with me, the more I can help you reach a state of self-empowerment. There is no shame in my office. No regrets. We face our mistakes, accept and forgive, and move forward with all our dignity. The point of coaching is to help you climb out of your "stuckness" and live a more fulfilling life. |
| You will learn to report to the truth that resonates inside you. We all have in the middle of our chest a heart compass that knows what is best. You will learn to trust this compass, make it the only authority in your life. |
| I will never ask you to do something that isn't in alignment with your truth. You retain at all times the right say no or change your mind. That is what it means to be self-empowered. |
