How to begin?
The best way to determine whether coaching suits you is by scheduling an introductory session. For very little money, you can determine first-hand whether we are compatible as a team. My introductory session is only $60.00, and you are under no obligation to hire me or make any commitment. In fact, I encourage you to sample several coaches to make sure you find the right fit.

Jeff offers a few different options:
* Because of Jeff’s busy schedule and media demands,
Jeff does charge for 20 minute consultations.
- Introductory Conversation: $60 for 20 minutes. Jeff will listen and tell you his thoughts based on the conversation. Jeff is always honest and will tell you if he thinks he can help you or if he thinks you should seek someone else.
- Coaching 101 – This is 3 Sessions with Jeff on the phone or via Skype. Three 45 minute sessions – Total Cost $225.00
- Life Coaching Silver – Hire Jeff for (6) 45 minute sessions on the phone or via Skype. Access to Jeff’s personal cell phone for texting and the ability to put Jeff on speed dial. Total Cost $360.00
