| The difference between this and, say, psychological counseling is that we build together a partnership based on action. We won't stand on the cliff talking about what it's like to fly; we'll grab each other's hand and take a soulful, bounding leap. | Definition of Coaching |
| Professional Coaching is a partnership toward your personal and professional fulfillment. Clients develop in self-knowledge and self-mastery, improve their performance, and overhaul the quality of their lives. |
| Clients direct the focus of conversation while Jeff listens and contributes strategically to bring clarity and forward movement. Clients tend to make headway when they focus and become aware of their options. Coaching is, in short, a way of getting from where you are to where you'd like to be. |

| What Life Coaching IS NOT |
| Coaching is not psychotherapy. Clients suffering from organic dysfunction or forms of mental illness should seek a licensed therapist and/or psychiatrist. Jeff has helped mentally distraught clients, young and old alike, but in the interest of safety, he recommends that they begin with traditional resources. |

| Coaching Fees |

| Session & Consultation: One 35-minute introductory coaching session / consultation. This is a great way to see whether coaching is for you. The cost of this introductory session is only $45. |
| Explorations Package: An introductory session plus three 50-minute coaching sessions and email follow-up. This package costs $260 total (must use within six weeks). |
| Insight Package: Introductory session plus six coaching sessions and email follow-up. Total price is $420 (must use within eight weeks). |
| Action Package: Introductory session plus 12 coaching sessions and email follow-up. Total cost is $754 (must use within 16 weeks). |
| Results Package: Introductory session plus one weekly session with email follow-up. Requires at least a 4-month commitment, which you will not regret. Total cost is $220 per month. |
